Hello! I’m Damita White-Morris – Director at Early Childhood Education Center, Daughter, Wife, Mom, Community Supporter and your take-charge advocate for everyone in LD1.
I will be “The Voice for the Voiceless” in our State Assembly. I’ve sat on the sidelines too long. It’s time for me to stand up and stand out for all of us!
I will make sure you have the information you need for the health and welfare of your family. I will make changes so it’s easy for you to take advantage of the programs available to you in LD1.
And just like you, I want us to invest more directly in our youth. Buildings should make it easier to learn with adequate cooling and heating and necessary repairs happening without a special meeting – let’s set new standards for learning and ensure our kids are set first before any money is spent on admin purposes. It seems like it’s the other way around now.
Yes, I am speaking up. That’s what you can expect from me. I am a doer, a changemaker and I need your help to win the Assembly seat in LD1. Are you with me? I’m with you!
You will notice that Eddie Bonner and I are running a Facebook page together. We believe “We’re Better Together!” – so please support Eddie as well. We had our Campaign Kick -Off event Friday evening, July 21st and it was a wonderful time – I thank you for attending! See images from this event in the Gallery area.
